When you visit or use our services we may process personal information depending on how you interact with us. We do not process sensitive personal information and we do not receive information from third parties. We process information to provide and administer our services, communicate with you, for security and fraud prevention, and to comply with law — only when we have a valid legal reason.
We have organisational and technical processes to protect your information, but no electronic transmission can be guaranteed 100% secure. Depending on where you are, you may have rights regarding your personal information. The easiest way to exercise them is via the contact page.
We collect personal information you voluntarily provide when you contact us or express an interest in our services. That may include names, phone numbers and email addresses. All information you provide must be true, complete and accurate.
We process your information to deliver services, respond to enquiries, enable communications you choose to use, and where necessary to save or protect an individual’s vital interests.
Under UK GDPR we may rely on consent, performance of a contract, legal obligations, or vital interests. You can withdraw consent at any time by contacting us. That does not affect processing already carried out.
We may share information in connection with a business transfer, such as a merger, sale of assets or acquisition.
Only as long as necessary for the purposes in this notice, unless a longer period is required or permitted by law. When we no longer have a legitimate need we delete or anonymise the information, or securely isolate it until deletion is possible.
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures. Transmission of personal information to and from our services is at your own risk. You should only access the services in a secure environment.
We do not knowingly collect data from or market to children under 18. If we learn that we have collected such data we will take reasonable steps to delete it.
In the UK, EEA and Switzerland you may have rights to access, rectify or erase personal information, restrict processing, data portability, and to object. We will act on requests in line with applicable law. You may complain to the ICO or your local authority.
